Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multiple multidisciplinary software development teams.
• Drive product development, sprint execution, releases, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Malaysia to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Own team performance, hiring, engagement, and capability development.
• Ensure software quality across development, integration, testing, and performance.
• Define and implement effective engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to technical vision, architecture decisions, and long-term strategy.
• Drive innovation and ensure alignment with business and technology goals.
