Software Development Manager, Draft AI

Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.

We are seeking a Software Development Manager for our AI‑powered drafting product, Draft. This role is based in our Burnaby hub; you will be expected to work from the office at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designer, product, and engineering managers to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and build a roadmap.
• Design and deliver technical solutions and systems.
• Provide thoughtful feedback on code reviews, architecture documents, and technical decisions.
• Contribute code and ship features.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports to support career growth.
