DESCRIPTION:
We obsess over Prime Video Sports customers having a flawless experience. Sports happen in real time, and any time missed due to an issue during an event can never be given back. We seek to deliver the high quality experience our customers demand from the time any customer opens Prime Video until the end of each customer's live event playback experience. We seek to create insights, tooling, and mechanisms to close existing gaps, identify new gaps as they appear, and remediate as quickly as possible.
