Role Overview

Join the Service Management Team at GoCardless to build automated systems that streamline internal workflows and integrate big data systems, payment products, and fraud detection engines. You’ll work on projects that span the full product stack and deliver real impact for customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations that connect our core payment product, big data systems, and fraud detection engines.
• Develop automated workflows that reduce manual effort across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, reliable systems.
• Participate in code reviews, post‑mortems, conferences, and blog posts to share knowledge and improve engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience building web products and services, with a broad awareness of technologies across the stack.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
