This is 12-month agency contract role (possibility of renewal /extension)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Gather and analyze business requirements; assess feasibility and manage scope
- Prepare compliant requirement documentation to minimise rework
- Maintain scope control, update RTM, and log out-of-scope items
- Develop technical design and participate in reviews
- Configure and manage hardware, software, servers, and documentation
- Contribute to coding and code reviews
- Support testing (integration, system, UAT) and implementation
- Prepare manuals and conduct user/operator training
- Provide post-implementation and production support
