What you’ll bring- 3+ years of backend development experience (Python + Java)
- Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform
- Passion for clean code, TDD, and code reviews
- Proven ability to architect, build, and maintain backend services
- Strong communication skills and mentoring mindset
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
Salary Range $51,000 to $70,000 MXN Monthly
