Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong analytical and communication skills, who can configure users, profiles, permissions, roles, manage Salesforce dashboards, and support data loads.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Good analytical skills and issue debugging (troubleshooting skills).
- Proficient in Salesforce user setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profile management, user creation, reports and dashboard management, and data load.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, ensuring effective use of the platform.
- Experience working with Salesforce Lightning UI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git and Bitbucket.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; must effectively communicate with team members and clients to meet deliverables.
