About the Role
Hi, I'm Kelvin Lui, a Development Manager at Jane. I've been here for close to two years now, and I support the Insurance Process team. Our group focuses on helping clinics and clients get compensated through insurance benefits, and my team in particular owns the third-party integrations that power things like claim submission, eligibility checks, and claim processing. When these systems work well, it means practitioners spend less time chasing paperwork and more time caring for people, which is exactly what Jane exists to do.

I seem very prepared. The honest truth is that I'm often just as uncertain as anyone else. I try to stay grounded, make the best decisions I can with the information we have, and rely heavily on the team around me. I believe strongly in setting clear goals, creating space for good work, and trusting people to figure out the how together.
