Software Automation Test Developer -1

Software Automation Test Developer – 1 – is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining software automation tests in an agile environment. The position reports to the Software Development and Verification Manager, is part of the Software Department, located in Concord, Canada, and is an on‑site role.

In This Role

• Create, maintain, debug, and run automated tests under guidance.
• Support and contribute to the automation framework.
• Provide timely test feedback for new features and enhancements.
• Identify, isolate, document defects with reproduction steps; collaborate with developers and senior team members.
• Participate in user story discussions.
• Work closely with Verification Specialists, Software Developers, and stakeholders to define automated test scenarios.
• Participate in peer reviews of test code; improve code quality and maintainability.
