Description and Requirements
An experienced ServiceNow Architect with all round technical expertise in engaging with customers to build solutions, engage with development teams to develop the solutions and work with customer technical teams for deployment and ongoing product enhancement. Hands-on experience in the past with end-to-end development, from ideation to deployment is essential. He/she will be responsible in guiding product t teams developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for a range of AI-driven ServiceNow digital workplace solutions focused on productivity, user experience, process/workflow efficiency and automation. He/she shall act as a partner for presales teams and offer technical expertise to face customers in consultative capacity to understand the challenges and pain points to propose appropriate solution.
