Joining at day 0 means huge ownership: you’ll shape the tech stack, draw the architecture, talk to lighthouse customers, and set the cultural tone. You’ll partner directly with Miguel on all key technical decisions.
The role
This is intense work. Disrupting a fifty‑year‑old industry takes stamina and conviction. The reward is proportional: strong compensation, the career arc of founding a defining platform, and the impact of moving medicine forward for real patients. We’re looking for someone who would be doing some version of this regardless. The role is deeply hands‑on and AI‑first. 60–70% of your time is in code in the first six months, and AI is your primary coding channel — not a tool you sometimes use. We move at the speed we do because we build with AI, not around it. If you haven’t already made that shift, this role isn’t for you.
