Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with different teams for problem resolutions.
- Monitor and analyse the current state for various software applications / product runtime environment to ensure optimum system performance.
- Manage application and security incidents, conduct problem determination, work with various teams to resolve issues on timely basis to meet SLA.
