The Wellness Call Center Representative/Appt Setter is responsible for heavy outbound and inbound patient/client calls and education for our Annual Wellness program.
In this high-volume patient contact role, you will be the point of contact for our patient population to schedule/set up tele video and in home Clinician visits along with effectively explain the benefits of the Annual Wellness Program
You will contact customers and be their first interaction, easing the earning of commission.
