Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director General Manager, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading both the Marketing Team and the Marketing function for the entire SodaStream Australia organisation. You will also be responsible for ensuring all areas of Marketing Strategy, Research, Tactics, Implementation, Analysis, Budget, and Team Leadership are executed to the highest level and quality.
Responsibilities
- Management and regular analysis of annual marketing calendar and budget
- Management of creative, social, media, demo, POS creation, and PR agencies.
- Management of all key corporate partnerships.
- Management of direct reports.
- Close working relationship with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance Team
- Close involvement in Trade Rollout of new products/campaigns/initiatives.
- Attendance at Agency Meetings on a regular basis
