About the Position: You will perform professional counseling and addiction medicine treatment in support of patients with alcohol and substance abuse diagnosis. Responsibilities Collect data to evaluate treatment outcomes. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Utilize complex rehabilitation principles to conduct comprehensive substance abuse evaluations of eligible patients referred for consultation. Document case findings, diagnoses, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
