Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counselling to a diverse client base through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Adapt interventions to fit individual client needs and use clinical templates and technology tools to manage notes and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and peer groups to share knowledge and receive feedback.
• Develop clinical skills in a collaborative environment with accessible supervision and peer support.
