**Responsibilities**:
- Plans, promotes, and executes the social responsibility initiatives offered or developed by the company.
- Emotional or Psychological Support and Referral of Cases in LYRA.
- Understands and applies the NOM-035-STPS regulations.
- Conducts benefit campaigns for employees.
- Organizes recreational and cultural activities.
- Plans motivational programs.
- Participation in VIBE's iniciatives.
- Supports Human Resources department activities.
- Performs other assignments as needed.
