Reporting/accountable to the program/service manager, the Stollery Social Work Team Lead/Clinical Lead is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and coordination of staff, programs and services within their assigned area which can be a site, unit and/or program. The Team Lead/Clinical Lead is responsible for mentoring, responding to clinical questions and coordinating ongoing skill development to deliver effective clinical services based on evidence and population need across the continuum of health. Additionally, this role coordinates the day‑to‑day planning, development, delivery and evaluation of programs and services for the assigned area. This position typically leads interdisciplinary program staff and/or departments to provide evidence‑informed services within program parameters and in adherence with Alberta Health Services (AHS) and other relevant legislation, standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.
