Your Opportunity:
The Social Worker II on Adult Psychiatry on Unit 45 at Rockyview General Hospital provides a range of social work services to patients and their families in an acute inpatient mental health setting. The Social Worker will be responsible for advanced level assessment and counselling services to patients and families dealing with complex mental health, physical health issues and complex family dynamics. Social Worker II will support providing individual and group therapy in collaboration with the interdisciplinary mental health team.
