Health Sciences North is seeking an innovative individual to perform triage and screen referrals received for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP). Review referrals for completeness, determine eligibility, and complete patients’ intakes. Provide individual and/or group centered, evidence‑based, short‑term Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and related approaches to adults who experience mild to moderate depression, anxiety and anxiety‑related conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a four‑year Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited university, a current certificate of registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and at least one year of experience in triage, clinical assessment, and treatment delivery of evidence‑based CBT and CPT.
