We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. This role is within one of the UAE's largest government-affiliated healthcare networks recognized for delivering exceptional patient-centered care and providing holistic support services. The Social Worker will play a critical role in supporting patients and families through psychosocial challenges, coordinating care, and ensuring emotional well-being during medical treatment. Experience supporting pediatric patients is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and psychosocial support to patients and families dealing with medical, emotional and social challenges.
- Assess patients' social, emotional and financial needs and develop appropriate care plans.
