We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi. This role is within one of the UAE s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks recognized for delivering exceptional patient-centered care and providing holistic support services. The Social Worker will play a critical role in supporting patients and families through psychosocial challenges coordinating care and ensuring emotional well-being during medical treatment. Experience supporting pediatric patients is highly preferred. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide counseling and psychosocial support to patients and families dealing with medical emotional and social challenges.
Assess patients social emotional and financial needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Act as a liaison between patients families healthcare providers and community resources.
