• Drive outreach and engagement initiatives to promote access to the Care Guides Programme and related services. Conduct initial contact and perform basic needs assessments for caregivers and potential Care Guides. Manage the matching and onboarding processes between Care Guides and caregivers, ensuring a seamless experience. Provide ongoing support for caregivers and Care Guides, including regular check-ins and follow-up communications. Handle administrative tasks to support programme operations, including scheduling, data entry, and record maintenance.
