Responsibilities

• Direct, evaluate, plan and organize delivery of social and community service programs.
• Hire and train professional and non-professional staff.
• Administer membership programs and NGO programs on social issues.
• Direct and advise staff; establish administrative procedures.
• Manage operations of social and community centres, correctional facilities and detention centres.
