About the role:We're looking for a creative and hands‐on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico.
This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.What you'll do:Own and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short‐form video)Create content end‐to‐end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywritingSupport and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop‐ups, festivals)Produce real‐time content during eventsTrack performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on dataIdentify trends and explore new platformsWhat we're looking for:3+ years in social media / digital marketing / content rolesStrong understanding of the Mexico social media landscapeExperience managing campaigns (not just posting)Hands‐on content creation skills (video, editing, copy)Data‐driven and organized, able to handle multiple projectsStrong collaboration skills (PR, KOL, Marketi...
