Social Impact & Engagement Specialist

Purpose The Sustainability Reporting & Social Impact Specialist advances Orbia’s global sustainability and social impact agenda by leading the development and implementation of impact reporting, aligning and reporting on corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and managing stakeholder engagement across the organization. This role is responsible for the measurement and reporting of social impact, and ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of sustainability communications and disclosures, overseeing the integration and continuous improvement of digital platforms and processes. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic project management, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment to maximize Orbia’s positive impact and reputation globally.
