Role Description
As a Social Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social commerce strategies to enhance revenue and customer engagement across all Social Channels in the USA.
- Lead end-to-end TikTok Content & Shop strategy and execution, including sampling, affiliate management, ad planning, and overall shop performance.

- Analyze GMV, traffic, and conversion trends to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all deliverables—creator briefs, product lists, content approvals, reporting—are shipped with accuracy and speed.
- Understanding of AI Workflow — Content Execution/Video Creation/Scripting via AI tools such as Claude Code, elevenlabs, Higgsfield is a MUST
