Responsibilities

  • Level 3 escalation point for any reports not submitted or alerts that are not reported/closed by SOC/Asset owner within the committed response time
  • Level 2 Escalation regarding misses in analysis or threat anomalies not informed to the customer
  • Set milestone for the TA team
  • Review and ensure corrective action is taken for any SLA violations or alerts missed from SOC team
  • Review monthly MIS reports
  • Engage in discussions with client to understand expectations and seek feedback on SOC MDR teams
  • Review quarterly internal audit reports and ensure that SOC has taken necessary action on any audit findings
  • Review the alert scenario and lead the alert drill table top exercise
  • Analyze KPI reports received from SOC and recommend corrective actions
