Responsibilities
- Level 3 escalation point for any reports not submitted or alerts that are not reported/closed by SOC/Asset owner within the committed response time
- Level 2 Escalation regarding misses in analysis or threat anomalies not informed to the customer
- Set milestone for the TA team
- Review and ensure corrective action is taken for any SLA violations or alerts missed from SOC team
- Review monthly MIS reports
- Engage in discussions with client to understand expectations and seek feedback on SOC MDR teams
- Review quarterly internal audit reports and ensure that SOC has taken necessary action on any audit findings
- Review the alert scenario and lead the alert drill table top exercise
- Analyze KPI reports received from SOC and recommend corrective actions
