(What the role is)

Student Development Executive (SDE), Community Service & Leadership, plays a vital role in the growth and development of learners in NYP. He/she takes on the design and implementation of a variety of student development activities that will enhance learners' ability to acquire leadership and life skills and looks after the governance of student organisations. As a life coach, he/she fosters the development of our learners holistically via co-curricular activities (CCAs) and mentors student leaders throughout the year.

(What you will be working on)

• Develop, implement and evaluate leadership training programmes for students. This includes mentoring processes to ensure that student leaders are well-equipped to fulfil their roles and are able to manage their clubs more effectively.
• Inspire and mobilisestudents to actively engage in social causes and community initiatives in line with NYP strategic goals.
