Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, piping, and control systems, tailored to specific building and process requirements.
- Perform load calculations, airflow analysis, and energy modeling to ensure optimal system sizing and efficiency.
- Select appropriate HVAC equipment based on thermal requirements and client specifications.
- Advice drafting team on updates / changes on mechanical drawings, layouts, and specifications whom uses CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit).
- Ensure designs and systems comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards (BCA, ISO, etc.).
- Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors during project execution.
- Prepare documentation including technical reports, cost estimates, and operation manuals.
