This position represents a fantastic opportunity for a talented, highly motivated, and positive individual to become a proactive member of BD’s global Operational Excellence (OPEX) community.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the BD Excellence Factory Manager will be passionate about creating a culture of operational and customer excellence, implementing changes, and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) across the network through the BD Excellence program.
sustainable optimization of performance in the areas of quality, delivery, and cost, whilst improving safety.
This position also reports indirectly (dotted line) to the BD Excellence Business Unit Leader, who will provide additional oversight and guidance to the incumbent, during the execution of his/her work.
