Snr Channel Management Manager - APAC

Responsibilities

• Responsible for channel strategy, management, and operations in the Asia‑Pacific region, overseeing channel operation management for integrated solar‑storage‑charging solutions.
• Conduct channel market analysis and insights.
• Develop channel policies, execute monitoring, management, and evaluation. This includes but is not limited to: channel layout strategy, channel incentive strategy, channel marketing policies, channel entry and exit mechanisms, customer and project reporting regulations, and management rules against cross‑regional sales/low‑price competition.
• Participate in the planning, review, and management of channel marketing activities.
• Develop channel risk maps and manage channel risks.
• Plan and organize training and empowerment programs for channel partners.
