ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and services to support Dexcom’s digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Deliver new functionality across applications.
- Support the entire development lifecycle.
- Maintain platform stability and usability.
- Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring and error identification/remediation.
- Support incident resolution and request fulfillment.
- Manage instance security, user/group access, administration, and access control lists.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations.
- Ensure best practices, policies, and procedures are followed for all configuration and customization.
