Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Deliver new functionality across applications and support the full development lifecycle.
- Maintain platform stability, usability, and performance, including monitoring and error remediation.
- Support incident resolution, request fulfillment, and instance security, user/group access, administration, and access control lists.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations.
- Ensure best practices, policies, and procedures are followed for all configuration and customization.
- Serve as a best‑practice advisor on process development within the tool, staying within out‑of‑the‑box functionality and configurations.
