Snow and Ice Operations Manager

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Pay: $90,000/year

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking an experienced Snow and Ice Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our winter operations. This role oversees the full cycle of snow and ice management services, which represent a significant part of our Grounds Maintenance portfolio. The successful candidate will support the continued growth of Oakridge’s snow and ice division while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across all sites.

Reporting to the Grounds Senior Manager, the Snow and Ice Operations Manager will work closely with internal teams, clients, supervisors, equipment partners, and suppliers to ensure operational readiness, strong communication, and consistent performance throughout the winter season.
