2. Handle process anomalies during production, analyze root causes, and develop solutions;
3. Compile SMT process documentation and work instructions;
4. Support new product introductions by completing process validation and parameter setup;
5. Guide production line staff in standardized operations and participate in process improvement projects.
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications**:
1. College degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields;
2. Proficient in SMT equipment and process flows, with expertise in soldering, component placement, and related techniques;
3. Strong anomaly analysis skills and proficiency in using relevant inspection tools;
4. Meticulous and responsible work ethic; prior SMT process maintenance experience preferred.
