Smt Process Engineer (Guadalajara)

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a SMT Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, this role is responsible for supervising critical SMT processes, ensuring the correct execution of production plans, and leading the technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement objectives.
Typical Day
Supervise technical activities in SMT processes and coordinate the team.
Develop and optimize programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot, and Press Fit equipment.
Analyze and validate stencils; perform SPI debug and P&P; failure analysis.
Develop reflow profiles as well as instrumentation of profiling boards.
Create procedures, visual aids, and technical presentations.
Perform capacity calculations, rates per station and identify bottlenecks in the process.
