SMT Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Position: SMT Equipment Maintenance Engineer Location: Hyderabad Job Summary The SMT Equipment Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, quality, and efficiency in an EMS manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of SMT machines such as: Pick & Place machines (e.g., Fuji, Panasonic, ASM, Yamaha) Solder Paste Printers (e.g., DEK, MPM) Reflow Ovens (e.g., Heller, Vitronics) SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) & AOI systems Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues. Line Support & Uptime Improvement Provide real-time technical support to SMT production lines. Minimize downtime and ensure quick machine recovery.
