SME Relationship Manager - Klang Valley

• Drive the marketing, solicitation, and retention of business deposits at branches, leveraging telemarketing and lead generation to target Small Medium Enterprise clients.
• Engage actively in cross-selling a range of the bank's products and services, including business loans, wealth management solutions, structured deposits, credit cards, and more.
• Contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns and activities to effectively promote our products and services.
• Maximize customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Cultivate and nurture long‑term business relationships with Business Deposits clients.
• Generate valuable leads and referrals for other sales teams or departments, expanding opportunities beyond the immediate scope.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
