Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead Agile project delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, risk management, and team collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement. Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs. Remove impediments and enable teams to achieve sprint goals. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
