Purpose of the Job:
To define and transform people processes across Employee lifecycle applications leading to a delightful and engaging user experience, thereby enhancing productivity of all stakeholders. This role will include aspects such as: Design thinking, Re-engineering people processes, bringing in technology solutions and automation.
What will you do?
Define and design user journeys:
- Collaborating with business owners to define process future state and excellence
- Work with COEs and HRBPs:
- Enhance User journeys for all stakeholders
- Review existing processes and fine-tune them in line with user journey expectations and best practices
- Define the business case / benefits for transformation
- Work with Engineering squad to define process execution methodology for each step and stakeholder by leveraging technology
