Our client is a leading bank, seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.
Business Planning & Target Setting
Work closely with the Regional Director to evaluate the Branch’s business potential and establish annual business targets and budget plans.
Discuss, negotiate, and finalize Branch targets and budgets with the Regional Director.
Develop the Branch’s operating plan and submit it for review and approval by the Regional Director.
Planning & Budget Control
Coordinate with relevant units (including BMO) to cascade targets and KPIs to individual employees.
Monitor and manage operating expenses to ensure compliance with approved budget limits.
Allocate and assign personnel to appropriate roles based on expertise and business needs.
