Smart Manufacturing Engineer: PLC, Robotics & OEE Focus

Flex is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Reynosa to support production with quick response to equipment failures and drive continuous improvement across automated lines. The role targets system-level troubleshooting of PLC, vision, robotics, and motion controls, with emphasis on tuning and minor adjustments within validated lines.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and demonstrate advanced English along with clear bilingual communication to central engineering.
