Small Items Inbound Team Leader

Context of the Position As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market, driven by the launch of our small-goods fulfillment operations. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution.
The Mission & Core Scope The Mission: Lead, motivate, and direct daily inbound shift operations (dock unloading, detailed quality inspection, scanning, and high-velocity stowing) to ensure all incoming inventory is captured and made available for customer orders instantly.
