Small-Item Fulfillment Shift Supervisor

JD Logistics is launching small-goods fulfillment in Madrid and seeks a proven warehouse leader to supervise daily floor operations, directing shift Team Leaders and fulfillment staff to hit high-speed picking, packing and sorting targets with strict inventory accuracy. You will manage real-time labor, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with inbound/outbound targets while driving KPI performance.

Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.
