SLC Management Equity Finance Associate

Join SLC in shaping financial management for the Management Equity Plan (MEP) as a Senior Associate under a 12-month contract. This role combines in-office and remote work while impacting financial accuracy and compliance.
You will report to the Senior Director of Compensation Finance, playing a key role in MEP reporting and stakeholder communications across SLC's legal entities. This position requires collaboration with HR and external vendors to design administration tools, as well as managing the financial implications of MEP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on MEP administration tool development with HR
• Partner for assessing accounting implications with stakeholders
• Optimize processes for MEP reporting and wire execution
• Design repeatable processes for MEP operationalization
• Maintain robust governance over financial reporting
