Job Summary
The key purpose of this role is to collect, analyze, and maintain employment equity data to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and support the organization’s transformation and diversity goals. The role involves generating reports, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing insights to guide decision‑making. It also supports skills development initiatives through effective administration and reporting.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Management – gather employment equity data from HR systems, payroll and recruitment databases; conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness; maintain a secure and organized database in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
