• Skills development facilitator - reporting functions to HR and Transformation team - responsible for co-ordinating the audit requirements, for HP South Africa Annual Skills Plan Audit. Support the ongoing audit and documentation of all skills development initiatives to ensure compliance with BEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) requirements. Develop, update, and execute the annual skills development plan aligned with HP South Africa's business objectives and statutory obligations.
