This role reports to the Site Superintendent and involves extensive carpentry work and quality management of builds. Your ability to mentor novice workers and ensure adherence to safety codes will be pivotal in assuring project success. Experience with power tools is essential for fulfilling the job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow building codes and safety protocols diligently
• Carry out carpentry responsibilities independently
• Oversee subtrades and ensure compliance with standards
• Perform inspections and troubleshooting duties
• Assist in training and guiding less experienced labourers
Requirements:
• Experience in finish carpentry is an asset
• Equipment operation knowledge is beneficial
