• Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan daily
• Repair body panels to manufacturer specifications
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles carefully
• Repair or replace various vehicle parts
• Use frame equipment to assess vehicle structures
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• Completed Auto Body Repair Program
• A minimum of 3 years in auto body repair
